Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Policy

All products sold through FPSWare.com are digital goods delivered electronically and instantly upon successful payment. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final once the license key or download link has been issued to you. We are unable to "return" a digital product once it has been delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following limited circumstances:

• Duplicate Purchase: If you were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error.
• Non-Delivery: If you did not receive your license key or download link within 24 hours of purchase and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
• Product Defect: If the product is materially non-functional and our support team is unable to provide a working resolution within a reasonable timeframe.

To request a refund under any of the above circumstances, you must contact our support team via Discord within 48 hours of your purchase with your order details and a description of the issue.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Change of mind after purchase or delivery of the product.
• Failure to read the product description, features, or system requirements prior to purchase.
• Incompatibility with your system if system requirements were clearly stated.
• Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in license revocation.
• Requests submitted more than 48 hours after the original purchase.
• Products that have already been activated, used, or redeemed.
• Subscription renewals where the user failed to cancel before the renewal date.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method. The refund amount will be the original purchase price, excluding any transaction fees incurred by the payment processor. Upon refund, your license key will be immediately revoked and access to the associated product will be terminated.

5. Chargebacks & Unauthorized Payment Disputes

FPSWare strictly prohibits the filing of chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals through your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider as a substitute for our refund process.

If you initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal without first contacting our support team and following the refund process outlined in this policy, you agree and acknowledge that FPSWare reserves the right to pursue legal action against you.

Specifically, FPSWare shall be entitled to file a claim in the Small Claims Court of competent jurisdiction seeking damages of no less than Seven Thousand Five Hundred US Dollars ($7,500.00), in addition to recovery of all attorney fees, court costs, filing fees, administrative expenses, and any additional damages permitted by applicable law.

This provision is intended to cover the substantial administrative burden, lost revenue, payment processor penalties, increased processing fees, and reputational harm caused by fraudulent or unauthorized chargebacks. By completing a purchase on FPSWare.com, you expressly agree to this clause and waive any objection to the enforcement of this provision.

We strongly encourage all users to contact our support team via Discord to resolve any payment concerns before initiating a dispute with your financial institution.

6. Subscription Cancellation

If you have purchased a recurring subscription, you may cancel at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle. It is your responsibility to cancel before the next renewal date to avoid being charged.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our Services and any subsequent purchases constitute acceptance of the revised policy.
