FPSWare's Kernaim products use a common loader download. You access it through the customer hub, using an active license for the product you purchased. There is no need to find a separate FPSWare download page for every supported game.
Find the download through your license
- Sign in with the email used for your purchase.
- Open your licenses and select the Kernaim product.
- Open the loader or download section available for that license.
- Download FPSWare-Kernaim-loader.exe from the hub.
The file is a Windows executable, not a ZIP archive. Downloading it and being entitled to a particular product are separate things: the shared file does not grant access to products you have not purchased.
Before using a product, read the resources provided for it and review its current status. A successful download does not mean a product under maintenance is ready to use.
Why a saved download link can stop working
Hub download links are short-lived and tied to your signed-in account and license. A link copied yesterday, or sent to another account, is not a permanent download address.
If the link expires, return to the license page and reload it to obtain a fresh link. If your session has ended, sign in again first. The link expiring does not itself mean your license expired; check the license's own status and dates in the hub.
Avoid sharing your download link, license key, or sign-in link. If someone needs their own purchase resources, they should open their own customer hub.
Other products can have a different download route
The shared loader is for Kernaim products. Other products, including items outside that provider's catalog, may instead offer a link to the original provider's website. Some may have no additional loader file attached.
Follow the resources shown for the exact license. Do not substitute a Kernaim loader for a different product simply because a file is available in another license's page.
If the download is missing or fails
Check that you selected the correct product and that the license is active. Refresh the license page if you left it open for a while. If the download remains unavailable, contact FPSWare support on Discord with the product name, order reference, and the error message.
